Active Exercise. The process begins with as little as 5-10 minutes of active exercise. As you practice these simple movements and breathing patterns, you begin to improve the flow of internal energy and release the internal blockages. This brings a powerful sense of clarity and happiness. Now when you begin your meditation it's much more pleasurable and beneficial!

Standing or Seated Meditation. Standing meditation builds energy and really helps to improve the flow of internal energy! The meditation stage can be as short as 5-10 minutes. You'll find your mind is quiet and you can just relax and enjoy the meditation without worrying about distraction. At the same time, you are setting up a physical anchor in your nervous system to "remember" the energized state. This serves as a "reminder" you can return to anytime throughout the day when you feel stressed or just anytime you want to re-connect and feel great.

Conscious Creation. From this energized state of clarity and happiness, you can begin the process of attracting what you truly desire into your life. The conscious creation stage can be as short as 5 minutes. At the end of your meditation, I take you on a guided visualization where you experience your wildest dreams as today's reality. The mind cannot tell the difference between what's real and what you vividly imagine and feel. Doing this process everyday is wonderful and will begin to attract what you really, deeply want.
